Baked Brie en Croute- Creamy brie cheese baked in puff pastry with raspberry sauce. Accompanied by crusty bread and fruits for dipping.  $85.00 per wheel, each wheel feeds approximately 25 guests

Smoked Salmon Display- Thinly sliced smoked salmon on toast points with garnishes: Diced red onion, sour cream horseradish sauce, capers, relish and chopped boiled eggs.  $250.00 per 100 pieces, minimum order 100 pieces (additional increments of 50 pieces available)

All dinners are served with fresh baked rolls, sald, potato, vegetable, entree and dessert. Entrees and accompanying items will be selected in advance by host. Host may select up to two entrees.

Entree counts must be provided seven days prior to event. Evans Public House Caterers will provide tickets denoting entree selection to distribute to each guest. Guests must display tickets tableside. Hot coffee and tea included in pricing.
